This is the time of year that everyone is thinking about Christmas gifts (really…it’s that time of year!?!). Being we usually get pictures done around the holidays for cards and prints for gifts, I’m always trying to think of new things to do with those photos. If you follow me on Pinterest, you’ll know that I’ve been collecting tons of ideas on there (which I’ll talk more about another date). So, to prepare us all for the holidays and to brainstorm about what exactly you can do with those photos, I will be doing a series over the next couple weeks.
I was absolutely thrilled when a client of mine contacted me about his art. I was completely shocked to learn that this client, that I knew to be a teacher and a soccer coach and awesome Dad, was also a very talented artist. I was completely blown away when I actually saw his work. The precision and attention to detail is so incredible. This painting below is from a picture of his son. The eyes and shadows are what get me.
